The Indianapolis, Indiana office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate.

Qualifications
- 2–6 years of product liability or tort litigation experience.
- Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
- Skilled in mediations, court appearances, and assisting with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations
- Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Indiana licensure
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $175,000-$200,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly objective bonus
- Annual objective bonus
- Annual subjective bonus
